We strive to treat our clients as we would like to be treated. We realize clients have a choice as to which attorney they chose for their transactions. Our main objective is to serve our clients as we would expect to be served.

We strive to keep abreast of the many changes that are sweeping this industry by attending seminars, conferences and Continuing Legal Education events around the country to observe how the top firms handle everything from intricate foreclosures to simple records management. We must not only know the legal process and the laws but also how these can affect each client as an individual.
We understand that it is very frustrating when clients are left with unanswered questions or an attorney can't be reached when an important decision needs to be made. Our clients have full access to us during the process through in-office meetings, emails, Skype, and texting. We want our clients to feel they are an integral part of an ongoing process, not a mute bystander.

Our obligation is to ensure our clients understand every aspect of their transaction. Every transaction and every client is different. From a simple refinance to a complicated "short sale," it is imperative the client understands the process. We speak with the client at the very beginning of the transaction to provide a "roadmap" of the information needed and the timeframes to be expected. All work is communicated between the necessary parties and mutual decisions are made. The client is fully aware of the process.

We strive to provide the most efficient and cost-effective service possible. We value a client's time and will never make a client wait aimlessly for an appointment. We will work very hard to schedule the transaction for the client's convenience, and we will be ready when the client arrives at our office. We do not bill for phone calls or emails.

Communication is the key to success. Client phone calls and emails will be returned the same day. From issues on a title exam that require extra work to the deciphering of a CL-100, the client is given the information and is in control of making well-informed decisions.

We have a strong commitment to accuracy. When a file is opened, a checklist is made and dates of incoming and outgoing information are kept. This enables us to give our clients accurate updates any time they enquire. We know at a glance exactly where the file stands and what is outstanding. Our check and balance system enables us to ensure that our work is completed correctly and allows for the most streamlined process.
